Von seiner Heimatstadt bis hin zu internationalen Zentren wie London und Paris hat Radau in unterschiedliche urbane Umgebungen eingetaucht. Seine künstlerische Reise führte ihn nach Südostasien (zum Beispiel Vietnam und Laos im Jahr 2016) und Europa (Valencia, Brüssel, Basel im Jahr 2019).
Seit seinem Debüt hat er 10 Städte gezeichnet und jedes Jahr kommen neue hinzu. 30 Tage lang zeichnet Radau die geschäftigen Szenen dieser Städte mit Feder und Tinte direkt auf die Straßen. Die täglichen tagebuchartigen Zeichnungen summieren sich auf dem Papier und speichern Zeit und Geschichten. Sie verweben sich zu einem komplizierten Muster aus schwarzen und weißen Linien, pulsierend vor Leben und persönlichen Erfahrungen aus der Stadt.
